Deleting your account

In order to delete your account, you must meet certain conditions. These vary depending on your role...

Associates

If you are an associate, then there are no preconditions and you can delete your account without issue.

Managers

If you are a manager, then you must be the only team member, or there must be other managers within your team / organization.

Deleting your organization

In order to delete your organization, you must meet certain conditions:

1. You must be a manager.
2. There must be no active shipments.
3. You must be the organization's only team member.

If other team members exist, either ask them to delete their accounts, or remove them yourself. Once you are the only team member, simply delete your account. This will also delete the organization.

Legal compliance

We retain some data for legal and financial reasons after your account / organization is deleted. This data will be removed immediately after the compliance window ends.
